Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day window expires. The withdrawal period is extended if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.
How to start a return or cancellation request:
- If you have an account: log in at https://account.chosenseven.com, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request.
- If you checked out with a phone number only: use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
Returning items: Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days.
Refunds: We will refund your payment, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, once we have received your return. We do not refund premium or expedited shipping costs.
